Booking a photographer is about more than just getting pictures—it’s about building a connection with someone who understands your family’s unique story and can help make your session feel relaxed and enjoyable. Below is a quick overview of what working with me looks like from start to finish, so you know what to expect and how I’ll support you every step of the way. These are for all my 1 hour or mini sessions.

Includes 30 min session. 2 outfits, 1 location in same area or 50% off studio fee, 30+ photos, black and white images, outfit styling and assistance, styled set up props, up to 1 person ($25 each additional person)

The Process
STEP 01
Fill out the inquiry
Please go to my contact page on my website and fill it out according to what you're looking for. If you have immediate questions don't hesitate to reach out to me on instagram! You will get a response within 24-48 hours.
STEP 02
Pick a date
We will first pick a date that works for both of our schedules!
STEP 03
Send Documents
I’ll be sending over three documents: your contract, a 25% retainer invoice, and my detailed client questionnaire. The questionnaire may take up to 10 minutes to complete, and I recommend filling it out together with everyone involved in your session. This ensures I can plan a personalized experience that truly reflects you.
STEP 04
Pick outfits and Location
Once I have your questionnaire, we’ll dive into outfits and location! What you wear sets the tone for your photos—whether you’re going for whimsical, playful, elegant, or country. Together, we’ll pair the perfect outfits with a location that reflects your family’s unique style and story.
STEP 05
Session
You will receive a text from me 1 week prior to your session with all the information you will need to know such as, are there bathrooms? weather? etc. When you arrive we will begin our session. You will feel comfortable and confident with my posing styled personally for you.
STEP 06
Sneak peaks
You’ll receive sneak peeks within 24-48 hours after your session. I do not work on Sundays, so if your session is on a Saturday you can expect sneak peaks on the following Monday.
STEP 07
Photo Delivery
You will receive your photos within 2 weeks after your session day. If you need anything sooner than this, don't hesitate to let me know!
STEP 08
Print your images
It’s time to reflect on your family photos and preserve them in a way that lasts forever! While downloading your images is always a good idea, the best way to enjoy them every day is through prints. Your gallery has a built-in print shop where you can easily order high-quality prints, albums, and wall art—making it simple to bring your memories off the screen and into your home.
As your photographer, I’m more than just the person behind the camera—I become someone you and/or your family can rely on to guide the session with patience, calm, and care. From helping you prepare outfits to keeping kids engaged and comfortable, I’m here to make sure everything feels effortless so you can focus on simply enjoying time together. When you bring your photographer into the planning early, your session becomes less stressful and your memories are captured in a way that truly reflects your you or your family’s story.
